Yoga of Parkinson's Disease Teacher Training

In May of 2014, and prior to her move from Arizona, Catherine worked alongside the team at the Muhammad Ali Parkinson’s Center in Phoenix, AZ to develop a Yoga Teacher-Training module that offered registered yoga teachers (RYT) an opportunity for National Yoga Alliance certified continuing education units (CEU) specific to teaching in the Parkinson’s community.  Five local instructors participated in the 30-hour intensive training and all five completed the requirements.

Catherine is available to present her simple, yet comprehensive, Teacher-Training module to your group.  She has presented her perspective on the healing aspects of a mindful Yoga practice to support groups, members of the medical community, and interested yoga students and teachers in different areas of the country and would love to share her passion for personal empowerment through Yoga with you!
